As Web Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing, reviewing, recommending and building strategic and tactical changes to the MyBike webshop that drive business profitability by improving conversion rates, capturing larger average order sizes and managing margin performance. This is an outstanding opportunity for a smart, passionate and data-driven marketer.

Build business case for proposed features in digital commerce backlog based on expected traffic and conversion rates. Determine revenue potential of competing projects to inform priority decisions. Deliver weekly and monthly web performance reports with actionable insights. Build report templates outlining KPIs for individual initiatives.

Create dashboards for web performance in ecManger CMS. Analyze A/B test results and recommend new tests based on findings. Analyze Paid Search, Display, and Paid Social Media ad performance and recommend areas of focus based on low conversion rate. Communicate performance metrics to key stakeholders throughout the organization. 

Identify new audience segments for paid digital media campaigns. Identify patterns by analyzing top conversion flows. Analyze cart and billing page abandonment. Develop alternate attribution models for online marketing. 

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree required
  • 5 - 8 years of experience in Web Analytics for consumer web products.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization.
  • Understanding of marketing attribution models and multi-channel funnels.

Is responsible for the day-to-day operations and planning of oreillyauto.com and special projects focused on improving the online customer experience and growing e-commerce revenue. 

Essential Job Functions 
  • Manage and oversee the daily activities on our online store
  • Learn all aspects of the e-commerce website and how it integrates with external and internal systems
  • Work closely with analyst to develop strategic insights
  • Scope and search to improve our web-site functionality and design at all times
  • Coordinate and prioritize feature development that integrates with major internal systems such as O'Cat (O'Reilly Electronic Catalog Database)
  • Work with IS to define business requirements for special projects by working with business segment leadership, functional managers, partners, and the development team
  • Assist in managing e-commerce road-map initiatives
Skills and Qualifications 
  • Bachelor degree
  • Familiarity with core concepts and tactics related to e-commerce
  • 2-3 years e-commerce, project management experience
  • Ability to understand the requirements and features necessary to support the technologies and processes needed to operate a successful e-commerce program.
  • Able to work in a team oriented environment
