The Castelli Gabba is now available for ladies too! The Gabba W is an aerodynamic, breathable jacket with a long sleeve that protects you from wind and rain. The jacket is fitted with Windstopper X-Lite Plus fabric and has a water-repellent finish. The open zips ventilation openings in the side panels give you more air and ventilation when needed. All improvements of the Gabba can be found in this jacket for ladies. To make the jacket more watertight, the number of seams is limited.

The Gabba W is of unequaled class for training or competition in cold conditions where a rain shower is also possible. The water-repellent finish keeps you dry much longer than a conventional jacket, while the good breathability ensures that you dry faster after a rain.

How it all started: This shirt was created after an idea by Gabriel Rasch, then a rider at the Cervelo Test Team. He wanted a stretchy, well-fitting cycling jersey for cold, rainy conditions with a short sleeve, to combine with the water-repellent Nanoflex arm warmers. Castelli started the idea and named the result after Rasch's nickname, the 'Gabba' was born. The shirt is a direct result of the collaboration of Castelli with professional cycling!

Technology:
Nanoflex: This fabric is exclusively manufactured by Castelli. The basis is the Thermofleece fabric, which is treated with millions of nanofilaments. This creates the most water-repellent fleece fabric ever made. Water remains in drops and slides off the substance without leaving a trace. The perfect attire for wet days.

Windstopper X-Lite: A very elastic stretchable windstopper. The substance does not move with your body as a result. The Windstopper fabric is 100% windproof but offers better breathability than cheaper windproof fabrics.
