You can order various products easily at Mybike. Do you have questions about how to order products?Delivery times at MyBike
We currently handle delivery times of 2 to 4 business days (Mon - Sat).
If (a part of) your order consists of partner articles, you will receive these in a separate delivery that is sent directly from the partner. This may mean that the delivery time of these partner items differs from the delivery time of the Mybike items.
How can I cancel my order?
You have ordered the wrong item or do you want another product? Not bad, as long as your order has not been packaged, you can cancel your order. Please contact our customer services via customerserivce@mybike.nl or call: +31 (0) 38 720 0952.
My order is being processed?
It is currently very busy in our logistics centers. This may cause your order to be delayed by a few days. The status is "pending" for this reason. We apologize for the inconvenience.
No confirmation received?
It may be that these are blocked by the spam filter of your e-mail program. We advise you to check your spam filter settings and adjust them if necessary. If you can not get out, please contact our customer service, we are happy to help you.
Product or size not available
It is possible that a certain size or article is not in stock. In that case we can inform you when the product or your size is available again.
Find articles
There are various ways on our website to find the product you are looking for an anar. With the search bar at the top right of the site, you can search for light by your search in the types. Simply enter the desired term and all relevant search results will be displayed. With the search bar you can, for example, search for 'black cycling shoes' or 'mountain bike men'.
Another way to search is to browse through the different categories. First select the desired category in the navigation at the top of the homepage of the website, for example 'clothing' or 'shoes'. You can manually move through the category in this way.
Place item in shopping cart
You place an article in your shopping cart by selecting the desired size on a product page and then clicking on 'Order now!' to click.
