1. How do I return an item?
Products that have been ordered at the MyBike shop can be returned by contacting customer service. This can be done by mail with the following e-mail address: customerservice@mybike.nl.
2. How can I cancel my order?
You have ordered the wrong item or do you want another product? Not bad, as long as your order has not been packaged, you can cancel your order. In this case you can contact MyBike customer service via the following email address: customerservice@mybike.nl.
3. What time is my product delivered?
It is unfortunately not yet possible to give an exact time for the delivery of the ordered products. When delivery via DHL, the time slot can be requested via the confirmation e-mail.
